When we arrive we will speak with the client about any issues they have been having. Once we have a good understanding of the situation, we will have a handler/K9 team search the entire property. K9's are able to accurately find as little as 1 bed bug or viable egg! Not only are they able to determine if you have bed bugs, but they can help us to pinpoint where they are hiding. 

On Point K9 Services respects your privacy. We show up in an unmarked vehicle with no advertisements of our business. Some customers also request that we do not wear our company shirts while inspecting their business or home. Yes! Our dogs are very friendly and love meeting new people. However, we ask that you refrain from interacting with them until they are done working, finding bed bugs requires their undivided attention. Once they have finished their search they would be more than happy to introduce themselves.
